At Proper Vintage, we curate unique pre-loved pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your one-of-a-kind find. If your item isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack With Care

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all vintage tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects the garment's condition, we will issue a digital gift card to your email within 3-5 business days.
